Sean Rivers

Hardwood Trader

Sean made the move from fine wines into timber starting with LDT in May 2014.

As a new face in the trade Sean has been busy learning and gaining new experiences. From working in an Importers yard, to his first customer visits, product stock takes and visiting LDTs third party kilns on the continent.

Whilst Sean is new to the Timber Trade and is still learning (as we all are on a daily basis) he more than makes up for it with his energy and interest in Timber.

When away from work Sean enjoys playing football, supporting Manchester United , socialising and cooking the family BBQ.

Arron Guard

Hardwood Trader

After Graduating Brunel University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Arron spent 2 years in construction, helping build his father’s business, prior to starting his sales career as a multi media marketing consultant in London.

Joining the Hardwood Trade in 2017, Arron has jumped into the role, applying his skills from experience in a dynamic industry and fully immersing himself in the mechanical exploits of the hardwood itself as well as being one of the loudest in the office.

When not exploring the warehouse for the best packs to offer to his clients; you will find Arron in his garage tinkering with his Motorcycle; traversing the nation in the hunt for medieval history or off traveling the world in the hunt for the best food to tickle his taste buds.
